How do I configure ticketing on the web portal? 


Answer

  1. Configure an email template within DATA MANAGEMENT > EMAIL TEMPLATES. Create a new email template and attach it to Model - Web Ticket 
  2. Configure the inclusions within DATA MANAGEMENT > WEB TICKET PROGRAM BOOKING INCLUSIONS. This is where you add any inclusions for sale with the tickets (e.g. cabanas, picnic baskets) 
  3. Configure the web ticket program within DATA MANAGEMENT > WEB TICKET PROGRAMS 
    1. Add any programs that you would like sell tickets on the online portal.
    2. Add any Inclusions to the program
    3. Add any Web Agreements
    4. Allow progress in Joining – select if you wish to sell tickets if a session has already started but not finished
    5. If left unchecked, optionally add an Advance Window Minimum.  This is the minimum time in advance that a ticket can be purchased.  Default is 1 day.
    6. Optionally enter Advance Window Maximum.  This is the maximum time in advance a that a ticket can be purchased.  If empty it defaults to 1 week
