What is the SMS report? 


Answer

The SMS Report hosts a record log of all SMS correspondence. 

In the report each SMS record will have either a green tick or red cross icon which indicates whether the SMS was successful or failed to send. Each SMS is automatically assigned an identifier number, timestamped, with the staff member recorded (only applicable for manual correspondence). The right of the screen displays an overview of the SMS trigger including a string of all reply correspondence.
