Envibe: Site Managed Sinch Message Media SMS account (Non Jonas Leisure managed accounts)

Ultimately it is the Message Media service that distributes SMSes to customers once data leaves the Envibe Application.
Sometimes Message Media may not return acknowledgement back into Envibe

If your SMS service is self managed (ie not managed by Jonas Leisure) you will need to know your account details
Jonas Leisure does not have access to these details if you are a self managed site
A required 2FA code is sent to a designated mobile
The login for this service is https://hub.messagemedia.com/login

Here you will receive sufficient information to confirm if the message was delivered to the customer.
The example screenshots below are for illustrative purposes only, and are subject to change. but will typically assist your diagnosis
Any time differences may come down to the location of the server (eg WA when the client was NSW)
Take note of the unique IDENTIFIER in your Trigger Management > SMS Report and cross reference this back in your Sinch Message Media Portal

Take note of the Units count as well. Ideally no special characters should be used in drafting SMSes eg Emojis' a, carriage returns, as you may exceed your daily quota

Ideally you should have messages that are delivered with a reason code of 220
