How do I transfer stock?


Answer

In order to transfer stock in Envibe, the stock adjustment functionality is to be utilised. You must first configure your Stock Adjustment Reasons.  These may be added to as required.


To enter Stock Adjustment Reasons for Stock Transfer:

1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

2. Search Stock Adjustment Reasons.

3. Click NEW.

4. Enter the name, Stock Transfer

5. Click SAVE

6. To transfer stock from one stock location to another, essentially two stock adjustments need to take place. The stock level at Stock Location 1 is to be updated (deducted), and stock level at Stock Location 2 is to be updated (added).

For example, if I was to transfer 10 bottles of Gatorade from Riddells to Romsey I would need to complete the below:



1. Launch INVENTORY. 
2. Select FULL INVENTORY

3. Search and select the applicable Stock Item

4. Select the Stock Transfer option from the list of Stock Adjustment Reasons. 

5. Enter the difference at each site. E.g. Riddell’s -10, Romsey +10.

6. Click ADJUST
