Envibe: How to receive Stock to update levels

How do I receive stock to update stock levels.


Answer

To update stock levels when stock is received:

1. Launch INVENTORY.

2. Click RECEIVE PURCHASE.

3. Select Location and Supplier and click NEXT.

4. Using the QUICK ACTIONS menu on the left-hand side of the screen, either SEARCH STOCK, add NEW STOCK TYPEPRE-FILL FROM SUPPLIER or COPY FROM EXISTING to add stock.

5. Use the black arrows to add the amount or click the number to enter the desired amount.

6. EDIT NOTES if applicable.

7. Click SAVE
