How are debit runs processed? Are they a manual or automatic process?


Answer

When introducing the Envibe debit process and EziDebit integration, it is recommended that the first debit runs are completed manually by an Envibe user to ensure all checks and integration is working successfully.

Once the Envibe user is confident in the Direct Debit fundamentals, it is Jonas Leisure’s recommendation that the site switches from Manual to Automatic Debiting. This is a at the discretion of the site to confirm with Jonas Leisure once they are comfortable to switch the debit process to Automatic. This step is completed by Jonas Leisure and will require a service restart that needs to be actioned outside of business hours.
