How do I connect a printer to a POS terminal

Answer

Once the relevant Receipt Printers have been configured, they need to be attached to the relevant Terminals where the receipt printer is connected to.

To connect a printer to the relevant front of house terminal:

1. Navigate to DATA MANAGEMENT.

2. Search and select Terminals.

3. Select the applicable terminal, click Edit.

4. Add the applicable Receipt Printer.

5. Click SAVE

Note: To test whether printers are configured and working correctly, restart the application for changes to take effect.
