How do I configure an admission docket to be used for entry or proof of purchase.


Answer


If a casual customer needs to provide proof of purchase/entry into a site or doesn’t hold a membership card but needs access through a gate or turnstile to enter the facility, Admission Dockets can be configured to auto-print upon tag-in or purchase.

To create a new Admission Docket:

  1. 1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

  1. 2. Search and select Admission Dockets.

  1. 3. Click NEW.

  2. 4. Enter a Name for the docket, e.g. Group Fitness, Promotional, Standard



      5. Add a Message, e.g. Welcome to our club

  1. 6. Add any relevant Instructions, e.g. Please present to instructor as proof of entry.

  1. 7. Use the Show Barcode checkbox to indicate whether a barcode is required to be printed on the admission docket for entry points/access gates.

  1. 8. Click SAVE.
