How do I enable and disable trigger recipes? 

Answer

It is recommended that, when configuring your recipes, the Is disabled box is ticked to ensure triggers do not send prior to testing.


Disabled triggers will have the below icon in the Recipe overview.


Triggers can be enabled once the user has fully tested the trigger and is happy with the functionality. This will then begin automatically sending to your customers within the specified sending timeframes outlined in the configuration. If the conditions are met outside of the sending timeframe, the email/SMS will sit queued and released within the sending timeframe e.g. 8am – 6pm.

To enable the trigger click, Enable.
