How can I add registration fees retrospectively within the Teams Module? 


Answer

In the event that a team was registered without allocating a registration fee, a fee can be raised retrospectively on the account. 

To raise a fee retrospectively, follow these steps: 

  1. Launch the TEAMS module
  2. Click FUNCTIONS.
  3. Click MANAGE TEAMS.
  4. Search and select the applicable Team
  5. Click Registration Fee 
  6. Select the applicable fee 
  7. Click SAVE 

Once the fee has been raised, workflows via the POS module can be utilised to take payment. Follow the steps below: 
  1. Launch the Point of Sale Module
  2. Find Functions button
  3. Click on Manage Teams
  4. Search the corresponding team
  5. Click OK and take payment
