How can i view a list of those students that have undeserved credits.


Answer

The Undeserved Credits report is a dynamic list that displays any student who has been provided with a Credit Type who is no longer eligible. A common scenario where this would apply is:
  1. Billy plans an absence for his upcoming Friday lesson due to Illness.
  2. Supervisor issues an immediate credit type (e.g. Make-Up Lesson, Refund or Debit Credit).
  3. Billy is feeling better on Friday and decides to attend his lesson.
  4. The teacher marks Billy as attended for the lesson.


Envibe users can they decide to either IGNORE the prompt and honour the credit type or CANCEL the previously issued credit type
