How do I create the various Tag-In times for Group Fitness attendees?



Answer

To manage the Groups tag-in accessibility, thresholds will need to be added to each applicable site’s Policy.
Varying tag-in thresholds can be configured:
1. Reception tag-in 
2. Kiosk tag-in
3. Web tag-in
4. Non-Member tag-in

The Tag In Protocols are linked in the following areas
1. DATA MANAGEMENT > POLICY  - link the
  1. Group Tag In Protocol for MEMBERS.
  2. WEB (Tag In Protocol) on Web
  3. KIOSK (Group Tag In protocol)  on Kiosk
2. DATA MANAGEMENT > WEB POLICY  - link the non-member
  1.  GROUP OPTIONS -> Group Tag In Protocol for Non-Members

3. You can also create and link Group Fitness Protocols on the class level, if you have a particular class that needs a unique tag in time. This would be used as an exception rather than a rule.
