How do I trigger Sales levels so i can apply to Bookings?


Answer

If a Sales Level is configured to allow discounts on Bookings, this will need to be enabled within the Policy. 

To enable Sales Level discounting on Bookings:

1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT.

2. Search and select Policies.

3. Edit the applicable Policy.

4. Tick ‘Use level-based pricing in bookings.’


Group 530, Grouped object
5. Click SAVE

Note: Ensure the tick box has a tick to enable the required permission/action.
Those checkboxes that are ‘greyed out’ will provide an either/or response meaning the permission will not be fully activated for workflows
