How do I do a single sales edit for an item for POS


Answer


In the scenario that a select number of items in Envibe need to be updated, the Price Variation table behind an Item can be utilised to load this price rise in advance of the change date.

To set a Default price rise in advance:

1. Launch DATA MANAGEMENT

2. Search and select Items

3. Search and select the applicable item 

4. Click Edit

5. In the Price Variations table, click ADD

6. Add the updated Amount

7. Add the future date to Apply From

8. Click OK

Note: The Default Price of the Item will remain as is until the Apply From date, at which time the default price will update to the amended Amount requested
