How do I view ticket holds?


Answer

Ticket holds arise when a POS or online purchase is in processing stage.  A temporary hold is created until the ticket sales transaction is completed.  If uncompleted they will be removed shortly thereafter.

  1. Go to TICKETING MODULE > DIARY VIEW 
  2. Navigate to the date/time of the session 
  3. Click on the TOTAL tile 
  4. Click VIEW HOLDS
