How do I view ticket holds?
Answer
Ticket holds arise when a POS or online purchase is in processing stage. A temporary hold is created until the ticket sales transaction is completed. If uncompleted they will be removed shortly thereafter.
- Go to TICKETING MODULE > DIARY VIEW
- Navigate to the date/time of the session
- Click on the TOTAL tile
- Click VIEW HOLDS
