Question

How do I configure ticket sessions in the ticketing module?

Answer

A ticket session represents a specific instance of a scheduled ticketed access period. i.e. the scheduled “Friday Night Fun” session has a session on 15/09. Ad hoc sessions can also be created as required.

This can be managed within TICKETING > MANAGEMENT > SESSIONS.

Sessions will display here that have been populated using the Generate workflow in Programs.
