Envibe: How do I configure ticket limits

Question

How do I configure ticket limits?

Answer

A ticket limit specifies a set of provisions of how many tickets of a given type should be available for a given session. e.g. 50x VIP, 100x Seated, 250x Standing. A maximum ticket limit (i.e. across all ticket types) can also be configured.

For example:
  1. Adults Only – 50x Adult No Limit
  2. General Availability – 50x total limit
  1. Navigate to TICKETING > MANAGEMENT> LIMITS
  2. Configure using examples below

    Example: Adults Only

    Example: General Availability
