How do I release tickets?
Answer
To release the tickets for a session, allowing more tickets to be available, follow the steps below:
- Go to TICKETING MODULE > DIARY VIEW
- Navigate to the date/time and session to release tickets
- Click the TOTAL tile and enter the number of tickets to be released
