How do I know if a trigger test is successful or unsuccessful? 


Answer

Successful Trigger Test 

a.      The recipe conditions are correct as it is filtering the contact database appropriately to only send to the applicable contacts that meet the criteria.

b.      Content and branding are correct.

Note: Once a user has tested a trigger successfully, it can be enabled.


Unsuccessful Trigger Test 

a.      The recipe conditions are incorrect as the trigger test failed to surface the test contact that should meet the criteria.

b.      The content and branding are incorrect.

Note: If a trigger has been tested unsuccessfully, the user is to update conditions, content and branding accordingly before testing again.
