Question

How can I report on all students in a course including their details?


Answer

The Course Enrolment Extract comprehensive list of all enrolments for a selected course, including a summary of records at the top of the screen. This report includes the contract payment method and parent/guardian email address.


1. Launch COURSES
2. Click FUNCTIONS
3. Click REPORTS
4. Select COURSE ENROLMENT EXTRACT

Note: When exporting and totalling enrolment data note that Replacement Sessions are also included on this report
